who is this for?

The package will cater for anyone from a novice wanting to learn how to lift weights for the health benefits, to an advanced gym-goer wanting to take their physique to places never seen before, and anything in between. The performance package is the closest you will get to my in-person coaching. It will produce the fastest results but requires a big commitment. 

How long will it take? 

This package will produce the fastest results. However, there is no set time on how long it will take to reach your goal. That will depend on your starting point, goal, and commitment. 

Do I have to follow a strict plan?

Hard work and some sacrifice is required, but the plan is designed to eventually create autonomy. The goal is to fit this plan into your lifestyle seamlessly, so that you can maintain the result of your hard work.
